Our philosophy is to have as few moving parts as possible in our modules as well as to use standard components whenever possible. This contributes to less risk for breakdowns, less need for maintenance and faster service with spare parts.

Basic spare parts are kept at each customer and these parts are normally changed by the customer’s service technician. In addition, there are local stocks of basic spare parts in different markets guaranteeing quick deliveries to the local PulpEye users. At PulpEye in Sweden, a complete stock of crucial spare parts, as well as basic ones for all analyser modules, are kept for immediate delivery worldwide.
